Pros

Compensation /Food in the office. Pension Plan WFAC and Remote options used to be great but are being restricted back every quarter

Cons

Managers lack experience and are not equipped to coach reps. Progression based on favouritism. Many mediocre reps promoted to teams where their old managers had moved to. Targets are unachievable within working hours. Many reps succeed based on which AE's they're alligned to. (outbound) Toxic positivity. Common to go from hero to zero. Performance Plans common practice. Onboarding is left for teammates to run.
