I've had unpleasant experience with our internal recruitment team when applying for new positions. There is a lack of communication and they seem overworked which results in a poor experience for applicants. There is also a high level of talent that applies to work here and applies for promotional positions. I had to take a massive pay cut and a lesser job title to get my foot in the door.

As said above... it is what it is
