      Toxic and behind the times

      Pros

      Some teams are doing great work, using AI tools to achieve new and amazing things. Pockets of great and creative work

      Cons

      Very cliquey- your either part of a small in crowd, or you’re part of the masses and your days are numbered. Need to think and feel the same way as the in crowd or pack your bags - no room for alternative views, challenge on decisions etc. Your encouraged to speak up, but if you do, you’re very quickly ‘part of the problem’

      Too much thrash, politics & incompetence

      Pros

      Can still justify staying as it's still overall a decent culture when you compare it to other big tech companies, but it has really gone down the toilet over the years. Stick it out at if you don't care about professional growth and want to collect an okay paycheck. If you're hungry and early in your career, you should leave.

      Cons

      Stay away from LTS marketing. Highly political with "leaders" who have been at the company for too long and have gotten too comfortable for real innovation to take place. Favoritism is rampant and poor management is allowed to exist. Talented employees leave and colleagues who were doing great work but lacked visibility due to poor managers quietly fired.

      Good compensation generally, but mostly frozen for design team

      Cons

      Moving up in the org is impossible unless you are leading in the AI arena or from a different FAANG company
