Pros

Good comp Wlb can be reasonable most weeks (~40-45 hrs/week) Company cares about being on the cutting edge and willing to make bets even if they’re wrong

Cons

Leadership is lost and creates top down pressure for shiny objects, and when those projects fail, the team is blamed. Culture has gone off a cliff. Used to pride itself as being a top ranked place to work but they don’t care anymore
