Pros

group I work with is amazing. leaders at the top are starting to feel very toxic. it makes me sad as I really enjoy they type of work I do and the people around me that I work with on a daily basis.

Cons

no work-life balance. top performers get all the workload to the point of burnout. no lifeline. no one is really asked if there is room for them to take on more projects/leaders, etc, you're just pushed into a corner and told to do more. i am literally crying nearly daily with all the things on my plate and 10-11 hour days barely make a dent.

Pros

Great benefits and career advancement

Cons

Low salary for what you're expected to do, lots of networking to advance. Not for those who are reserved individuals.
