Pros

Really enjoy working here , with great perks and the people are very clever and who I can learn a lot from.

Cons

However working here has affected my ambition and drive as doing the smallest of things requires vast XF alignment and can be very political

Poor engineering leadership

Pros

The company takes care of employees and their well-being

Cons

Engineering leadership lacks decision-making skills, vision & conviction. As a result, the engineering teams always react and chase the "shiny new thing" in the market.

Pros

Insurance Perks (many removed post-covid) Easy job Beautiful offices

Cons

- Pay (everyone’s starting pay is less than 50k annually, non-negotiable) this is not a livable wage in 2023 - Internal mobility (if you’re looking for your “foot in the door” this is not the position for you) - While everyday tasks are easy (answering calls, chats, and emails) it gets repetitive and mundane. This is essentially a call center position at a major tech company
