Pros

Very good medical benefits. Two weeks of company shutdown.

Cons

Sales reps who are treated better/worse than others by management. RTS that is so vague that so many of us are on eggshells at all times, watching colleagues who are doing well selling, being managed out. And our best offense to being managed out is to act like we are so happy with the "culture." Compensation changes frequently, and mid-year. Learning is a continual guessing game. There is no strategy. Managers kiss up to Directors, and so forth.

Pros

High impact company, some nice colleagues

Cons

The team is currently experiencing significant burnout, exacerbated by a culture of blame and finger-pointing. This environment is directly linked to ineffective management practices and a prevalence of harsh, unconstructive feedback. There is no work-life balance. 60-80 hours of work with expectations to take calls on weekends and holidays.

Great benefits, amazing, inspiring colleagues.

Cons

The culture has been changing more dynamically over last 2 years, becoming more Microsoft.
