Free Food , Free coffee, Decent Benefits Good place to start a career as a new grad There are a few great teams and managers so be careful which team you are joining.

Cons

Medical Benefits not top tier, Middle management is inexperienced. Promotion process driven by internal politics. Good place to start a career as a new grad , however not so for experienced individual contributors.
