Pros

-very little micro management (depends on which team you land) -easy to prospect with the logo -lots of perks (food and more)

Cons

-target constantly going higher (going between 400 to 500k per quarter..) -sales benefits reduced from time to time -layoff every two years -difficult to evolve after a level 2 position in Sales to management (strong competition)
