      The people, the management, the growth, the constant changing atmosphere, the respect, the possibility. Here, you are working with the best of the best. Be open to learning--from everyone.

      Cons

      If you cannot adapt to an ever-changing atmosphere, this is not the place for you... I pretty much am ready to work almost 24/7. I dont have to do this, but I believe it has helped make me more successful.
