Pros

Great energy, excellent people, dynamic work environment

Cons

Career progression has been stunted by growth, too many specialist roles causing a huge overlap in day to day processes, it is hard to define who does what. You're either over worked and under paid or under worked and over paid

Pros

Opportunities to participate in several projects. Learning opportunities. Carreer progression. Perks package and food programme. InDay and out-of-office activities.

Cons

Can be hard to move internally sometimes (roles). Stil some work to do with internal tools and systems, but getting there.
