Pros
I would highly recommend LinkedIn as an employer. The rapid growth of the organization provides a great deal of opportunity, and the culture is amazing. Couple that with best in class products and a top notch brand and this is an employer that is tough to beat. The leadership team is fantastic as well, I have full confidence in them to steer the ship to further success.
Cons
The 401k matching program could be much stronger, this is a major drawback. It would also be nice to have gym benefits. Also 4 weeks of vacation would make it very difficult to leave.
