Pros

Great opportunity to make the most of your career, even if you want to try your hand in something new.

Cons

We run extremely fast and have a number of projects to juggle at any given time - this company isn't for the faint of heart, and once you get here, you should be prepared to move at full speed.

Pros

Its one of the rare places where when the going gets tough, people tend to come together to get over hurdles as opposed to pointing fingers and blaming others.

Cons

Things take a long time to get "done" and accountability for actions and inactions is not measured uniformly across the org. Very typical org, where squeaky wheels tend to get most of the grease.
