Pros
The people The culture The management team The fun The transparency The results! The list is endless. Having worked in many multinationals in my time, I can honestly say that this is the best company I have ever worked at. I love coming to work in the morning - not a statement I've been able to make before I started working here! You do work hard but wow, the return you reap is huge. I can see myself being here for a long, long time.
Cons
Fast paced environment - you really need to think on your feet. But this is actually more of a pro for me and everyone here as you have such a cool opportunity to shape the future of this company.
