Great problems to solve. Great data to work with. Great potential in becoming the next big thing. Teammates with high hiring bar.

Cons

inter team politics senior management lack of focus Too much emphasis on non core business items. Running behind the next hot thing before perfecting existing ones. Kill all legacy systems and become a web 2.5 company as it should be.

Fun environment and great people to work with. The technology is grea,t they feed you and you're working for a well known company

Cons

Very political. If you're not in the circle of founding employees, you don't have much clout. Engineers and managers have quit because their jobs were obstructed by employees who felt they could run things the way they wanted just because they are in that inner circle.
