Pros

Flexible working time, no return to office requirement. Good cafeteria with free breakfast and lunch, and free coffee.

Cons

The culture changed dramatically recently, leaders said the F-word in team meetings. Top-down hierarchy, political. The 10% hard quota of PIP, colleagues point figures to each other.

Pros

Coworkers were amazing, the perks unbelievable

Cons

In a year where the company laid of 8000+ people, they keep providing three free meals, snacks, gyms, etc to people. You get great evals, then out of nowhere a bad one and BOOM, layoff

Pros

There are no pros other than free lunch.

Cons

Too many to name. The company is rapidly devolving into chaos. More layoffs probably on the way, extremely cynical and defeated mindset amongst employees. I know many that are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, etc. It's a terrible place right now and the leadership is actively despised. Avoid at all costs.
