Pros

- MSFT stock - Free food (ok) - WLB can be good (depends alot on your team)

Cons

- Constant fear of layoffs now - Neverending migrations, several at once even - Very low base pay bumps, rarely even equity anymore - Promos are all political and get peanuts anyway - No real vision or innovation, stuck redoing the same thing constantly - Worst product org ever - Insanely top down and manager bloated
