1. inday (even though now a lot of teams are working during inday) 2. unlimited DTO (even though some orgs not allow more than even 2-week dayoffs) 3. $2000/year perkup (even though have not increased for several years under so much inflation) 4. free breakfast, lunch(even though not as good as old days)

Cons

1. heavy cliff after 4 years, some staff eng's salary cannot even compare to a senior 2. wanna move fast but limited by the poor internal infra 3. no new business generation 4. a lot of politics
