1. Toxic culture (backstabbing managers and teammates, rampant politics) 2. Outdated tech stack + broken products 3. Zero or none documentation for products being by former personnel 4. Lack of innovation (resting on laurels for being largest professional networking avenue but competitors catching up fast) 5. Aimless leadership determined to destroy culture 6. Talent drain i.e., lots of good talent (more importantly good people) left between 2021-2023 (hay gone, left with chaff)
