      Family-Owned Company with Amazing Employees!

      Pros

      Links Technology is a Family-Owned company that truly treats you as part of its family. You aren't just a number at Links. I love the culture and how all employees take the time to get to know you. It's great walking into the office and having a CEO and VPs who know your family's names and ask how they are doing. No matter how little or small your job is at Links everyone is valued! Pros: Great work-life balance, WFH opportunities, Awesome group of employees, Full snack bar and new lunch area, Training opportunities

      Small company with intelligent, friendly employees provides opportunities to learn new skills

      Pros

      There are two major technology stacks employed at Links Technology. Projects are tackled using Agile methodology. The dev staff is small, so there's tremendous opportunity to learn and use a variety of technologies and to play a variety of roles across projects. Employees can make a difference by introducing and mastering new technologies and helping improve software processes. I'm especially pleased that LINKS embraces WFH. There's a place for you to work in our Schaumburg, IL office, but you may also WFH. Software team members may choose the office/WFH balance that is right for them.

      Cons

      Our software production schedules are occasionally subject to regulatory deadlines, which can require longer work days to meet our commitments. Extra work is compensated with extra pay or extra time off.
