Links is really so sorry to read this review. We genuinely wish that your concerns were expressed to upper management before you decided to leave. Our goal is to ensure that we retain talented resources, and if you felt that you were treated unfairly, that is concerning to us. Links makes every effort to provide our employees with a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, it is absolutely true that Links is open to employing recent graduates or more entry level professionals who struggle to find their first employment opportunities. Links believes in grooming next-gen technology professionals (we all have to get that first work experience somewhere). However, we do also employ extremely experienced professionals who make an effort to mentor the more junior level team contributors. Some of our best resources today were individuals who were entry-level several years back, and I am sure that this is a universal truth for many employers.
