Pros

This company is amazing. I relocated just to work for this company. They did everything they could to make the transition to the new area as easy for me as possible. Once I started working there I found that the companies primary goal was to have the customers walk away with the best experience they could. I believed this was attacked by management by making the employees happy. The benefits are out of this world. I pay pretty much nothing for any heath care. There are co-pays but the get reimbursed within a few weeks. You'll never go hungry. There is always food in the fridge, and snacks all over the place. Its a laid back atmosphere. A great environment to learn and get better with anything technical. I can't imagine another place that could top this one.

Cons

Living in New Jersey. When I first started working here I brought my significate other. I was put on a less than desirable shift which cause many issues with my relationship that might not be able to be repaired at this point.

Pros

Good place to gain experience quickly. If you're fresh out of school and are motivated and smart you can very quickly move into greater responsibilities but you do have to work for it. It can also be a lot of fun if you end up working with the right people. Just make sure that your personality fits the existing culture and you'll generally have a good time. Work-Life balance is usually good in support. Can't really speak on other departments.

Cons

Pay is really bad, especially for the area. From what I saw when I left they were getting a little better about this but overall it's still below average for the knowledge you'll need to have. While it is easy to get a gig here that cuts both ways. You can get your shoe in the door really easily but so can a lot of really untalented people. The Support Managers are getting better about screening out those people but it's still painful to interact with the less knowledgeable coworkers.

Pros

Great perks and great people. We've experienced a lot of growing pains in the last few years, and I think we've made some mistakes in hiring management, but overall it does feel like everyone is genuinely trying to make the organization a better place to work.

Cons

Growing pains with regards to managers understanding in the tech and interest in the engineer, as well as guidance for continued growth. However I think this is starting to improve with internal promotions of sr engineers into managers.
