Pros

The Linux Foundation was an amazing company to work with. It was completely remote, you have a flexible work schedule, and the opportunity to work across a broad range of design projects. The benefits were awesome as well, for both me and my spouse. The design team and manager set the bar on how a design team should run. Overall I had an amazing experience, I just wish they paid a reasonable salary.

Cons

The starting salary was impossible to live off for the amount of work I was expected to do. The work/life balance often got out of hand, I was often working 12 hours to make deadlines. With the broad range of projects and teams to work with, also came delayed response times, which would delay the process for everyone.
