Pros

It's a very Process driven company with clear targets, the work is interesting and varied, the people are lovely and very supportive.

Cons

Management style of the senior managers is not people focused enough and instead is too focused on achieving the targets at the expense of treating people well.

Pros

Regular 4 day working weeks. Fully air conditioned building. Sometimes you go home.

Cons

In the assembly area ladies with repetitive strain injuries are ignored and made to continue for fear or losing their jobs. Nepotism is open and obvious (there's a long running joke that if something is broken you wait until the managers son or wife have to use it) and last year a 10year employee claimed to have proof the manager was fraudulently clocking his son in and out on sick days. Haven't seen that employee since.

Pros

Great if you are willing to execute what the MD wants and take the fall when it goes wrong. Processes are great if used properly. You will learn a lot about what not to do which will serve you well when you move to another company.

Cons

Leadership team only care about themselves, can't even work as a team, constant arguments amongst themselves. Complete lack of trust. Stress in widespread but nothing done about it. Too many hours and no recognition
