      Pros

      I really appreciate how quickly I was able to grow here. The company gave me the trust and space to prove myself, and within a short time I went from an entry role to leading a whole lab. Management backed me up with resources, training (ISTQB, Udemy), and most importantly, the freedom to actually build something from scratch. It’s rare to find a place where you’re given that level of ownership, and it really motivated me to do my best.

      Cons

      Like in most large organizations, some processes can feel a little slow to move, and communication between departments isn’t always perfect. Nothing deal-breaking, but it does mean you need to be proactive and push things forward yourself.
