      Started out OK, then became just another company focused on numbers

      Allows remote work Sponsors PMP certification

      Cons

      Upper management focusing on signing new clients and winning new bid contracts but ignoring increasing resource needs; PMs being assigned projects beyond bandwidth without sufficient support No proper workflows or processes set in the department so every PM was working differently Colleagues that do not perform their job functions but face no consequences, instead their colleagues suffer having to pick up their slack to perform their own jobs Salary raise not proportionate to performance review score
