you have the chance to learn alot, alot of meetings, alot of training on new tools and techniques. you get alot of exposure to the industry.

Cons

you work way too much. over 60 hours a week is normal. not family friendly. they prefer to hire single kids in their 20s

excessively long hours 65 hour work weeks mngt makes you feel guilty if you need to take a day off if you call in sick, you best be dying
