It depends on what project you're on and I have had 1 very terrible manager. Also if you got hired onto a project, you're probably going to be on it until a) By some miracle you are asked to move b) Your project ends and they don't just fire you. Pay has always been an issue at this company and the management knows they can keep paying this low since they advertise this place as "you're lucky for being paid to play videogames". If you're interested in videogame development, or any creative endeavor then stay away from here.

Lot of people had promotions held from them at the end of a stick. Without never being able to actually acquire one. Now incredibly below market, shady practice, had to deal with attempt to ruin reputation. Non-transparency, and many fellow employees who has been laid off in a very unethical way recently.
