Cons

Team lead of LS team is totally worst. No body will help you if somebody toucher you. HR are always surrender not supporting to employee managers are playing with employees. emotion and condition minus value of employees. 100% chance of "NO GROWTH ". No MNC work culture only local crowd with no technical skill and no education background. Zero corporate ethics 100% humiliations to new employee. If you are looking for good and future oriented jobs don't ever join this organization if you will join then this will be worst decision to make your future worst and frustrate your life. Underrated mentality, jealous environment due to lack education and narrow mindset. I am telling all this very confidently because I had wok their more 3.5 years. Worst Team Leader of LS team ever.
