The work itself it’s fun and there’s some nice people there

Bad management that treats employees like trash. Leads that doesn’t know what’s going on with the employees. Regular testers that thinks they’re more than others and tries to get a contract desperately no matter how. The company hires people with no control just for receive money from the client and keep awful workers whom breaks the rules constantly (security and respect rules among don’t work at all). They’re strict with good testers but they give bad testers everything. The payment is the minimum, they always try to trick the employees for give the minimum. Equipment is always broken/missing and the work stations are not complete. Daily plan is a mess. Visa is not sponsored but they’ll give you if you approach the “correct” person even if you don’t do anything at work.
