management is disorganized and doesn't really care for the employee with a few exceptions. the contract is designed for high turnover so you are seen as expendable they don't support visa sponsorship

Upper management is completely clueless about what is going on. They do not give raises to even match the inflation and you just end up with a 'pay cut' at the end of the year. They give merits with the maximum you can get being 5% GROSS to your salary. No possible way to promote within the company. Everything freezes for the past 7 months and they always give excuses blaming the C-level management. There is absolutely no certainty on which team you will end up working and they will trade you like a ping pong ball. Those who are hired from outside the company may start with a higher salary than those who are promoted from within Good to work for a maximum of 2 years.
