Corporate Hierarchy lacks cohesion

Pros

Your managers are in another country.

Cons

In less than two years I had three different managers. Changes in my benefits were made to where I lost my accumulated vacations days. Very disorganized in general.

Pros

It's a good part time job since you get to work at home. You work 5/7 days in a week minimum, with only one hour per day. It's not bad if you're looking for a job at home.

Cons

Rating ads can be repetitive, and customer support seems automated with responses. You won't get feedback quickly if you're not sure what you are doing.
