Pros

Flexible schedule, great communication, decent pay, matching 401k, easy job and now there's usually enough work for everyone since they started offering longer transcription jobs. I also get paid sick leave, but that's the law in my state.

Cons

I wish there were bonuses and raises and a way to get promotions. I also wish they offered more hours.
