      Professional, innovative and growing! They recruit talent, form teams that really work, and encourage continued skill growth. A terrific professional relationship to have and great place to work!

      Some projects may not be well developed for future growth. Remote work is often not allowed.

      Pros

      Lionbridge has been around a long time and has established a great reputation within the industry. There is also a considerable amount of innovation and entrepreneurship as Lionbridge optimizes its delivery model to stay ahead of the competition and explores new market opportunities. It is exciting to work for such an international company. You get to work with people from all over the world and are exposed to different cultures and perspectives. The customer list is impressive.

      Cons

      While some groups are encouraged to innovate, other teams are locked down into more of a cost containment mode. There is a significant amount of internal competition within the organization. This is not always healthy or productive.
