Pros

-Work life balance -Small department, making you learn lots of things. Therefore, a good place to start your career

Cons

The overall company culture doesn't care employee's growth. It is very hard to move up here. Sometimes the company will make employees to take forced PTO, which is really annoying

Pros

Work schedule is flexible if work is available.

Cons

Read the review, “Don't even bother” as he/she says exactly as I feel. They expect you to donate time even after employed as all mandatory training is not paid for. And, the training is poor as they use simply examples while actually tasks are much more complicated. Also, the trainers seem to be making it up as they go along as they contradict other trainers and say things like they are asking Google for clarification. When you factor in how much training you are expected to do w/o being paid and that tasks take longer than they say, the pay is very poor. If you try to speed up to make a decent wage, quality falls and you receive poor reviews which can lead to losing your job. Again, just read the review “Don't even bother” as it is spot on. If you decide to try the job, go into it with your eyes open as I have been very disappointed.

Pros

Flexible hours, can work from home

Cons

too much unpaid training required, it never ends as they keep changing the requirements, then they give you a low score on your work when they change the parameters before you can attend the webinar, you get NO support from project managers, they send you one word email answers to your questions, the training keeps changing and takes hours of study unpaid, but you cannot get any help from them if you have a question, also when you are available to work there are usually no tasks available then they get on your case for not having enough hours.
