      Pros

      LB is a big company so your experience will vary on the department and team you will work with. Cons: business processes are relatively well organized, so the work is calm and steady. (Usually) No chaos, no unexpected crises, nothing's on fire, and nobody will ask you to do overtime all of a sudden. However, my friends in other teams had different experiences. People are friendly, managers are reasonable.

      Pathetic company. Manager is very bad humiliate and harass every employee. Manager is not at all helpful they torture and threats employee to do work . managers are the worst they forgot to do their work and blame on their team member and kick out the employee for their mistakes.
