Pros

Great location for commuting. Free coffee and OJ. Running water most of the time. Nice restaurants in the area. Building staff is super nice!

Cons

Terrifying and incompetent HR department, from hiring process to on boarding. Awful working environment with depressed atmosphere. Cockroaches everywhere. Resumes printed out on the reg by colleagues who are searching for other jobs. No transparency or semblance of respect for employees.

Pros

It's flexible, so that's OK

Cons

AS with most people, my biggest issue is how they view quality. Everything in this realm is so subjective that it's preposterous to put people under review or let them go because they have a lower percentage, likely due to seeing something as Highly Meets vs. Highly Meets+ or Slightly Meets+ to Moderately Meets. Take note guys: this is a highly subjective world so to throw a blanket over EVERY search term based on what you think it EXACTLY means from a random user is preposterous.

Pros

Flexible work from home opportunity. Great for beginners looking to try work from home job. Easy work. Supplemental income only.

Cons

All communication is only via email. Poor or no viable solutions to glitches or issues raised to management other than "try again". Issues with glitches not considered in their evaluation of your performance. Not good. You are penalized for productivity even if their system has glitches and impacts your ability to do your job. Not good or fair.
