Lack of mobility, Corporate greed, not taking employee feedback seriously, lack of pay, lying about lay-offs

Poor management including seniors, TL, manager of all departments HR, admin, Project and their manager. No work ethics no professionalism low mentally. Favouritism, targeting employee who work sincerely and not involving in chit chat of TL. TL wanted everyone nodding their heads whatever he says. Most important no learning, no self growth, don't expect good salary bcoz they want labour who can work on lesser that less salary. Appraisal Rating will be given based on favouritism not on work sincerity and knowledge. Many more corns are there for this company as I had work/waste their for 3.5 years. Don't ever join this organisation.
