      Pros

      + Good people on the team. + Sometimes the work is very enjoyable. + The equipment provided to perform the work is adequate, although it has started to fall behind.

      Cons

      - Salaries are very low in comparison with other companies. - Little growth opportunities, and the process takes so long it's better to just switch jobs. - Typical corporate environment where the company pretends to care about its employees but layoffs happen as soon as something goes wrong, as it happened with its recent AI investments. - Consistently had to stay late (unpaid) and had higher position responsibilities even though I wasn't eligible for promotion.

      Pros

      Some team managers are genuinely great and are some of the best bosses I've ever had. Depending on your team lead it can be a fun environment, but could also be the opposite.

      Cons

      It depends on what project you're on and I have had 1 very terrible manager. Also if you got hired onto a project, you're probably going to be on it until a) By some miracle you are asked to move b) Your project ends and they don't just fire you. Pay has always been an issue at this company and the management knows they can keep paying this low since they advertise this place as "you're lucky for being paid to play videogames". If you're interested in videogame development, or any creative endeavor then stay away from here.
