Pros

-Friendly people -VERY fast-paced job, but there is A LOT to learn too -Somewhat work/personal life balance

Cons

-There is no career growth as a Language Lead in this company -The only way to receive a bonus/salary raise from them is through their “Merit Increase” program where you must set performance goals and achieve them by the end of the year. Still, not every employee gets a salary increase even if they completed their goals, and if they do, the company makes the update effective until July next year!!! -VERY little compensation for what you do
