This company keps relatively good standards and gives some opportunities, especially for young people.

Cons

Low profitability cause the pressure on cost savings. Too many "generals" compared to number of "soldiers".

Free training in CAT tools in general and the proprietary platform in specific Completely flexible work hours Training well-guided and transparent

Cons

QA system for translation more time-intense than the actual work Horrible communication after the training/testing time Poor feedback system Poor work allocation system (first come, first get) Huge pool of workers, so the daily amount of work is nearly negligable
