Pros

Process-oriented. Good technologies to work in. Flexible timings. Learning environment.

Cons

Management is not supportive. Less reponsive to employee's problems and grievances. Appraisal process is weak and discouraging. Increments are less. Not many projects available. Very less scope to grow up financially and vertically up the career ladder.

Work from Home available due to great IT structure Pay is OK, but not always worth the expected tasks.

Cons

Due to aggressive biding and premature growth, they lack the experience to deliver. Inexperienced Managers resort to Micro Management, Stove Piping Information and in occasions Mobbing.
