Pros

I've been working for this company for over 2 years now and I have to admit it is my best employer so far. The management is very knowledgable and the working culture is at the highest level.

Cons

The company is constantly evolving; however, often changes in the structure can be tiring and leave a sense of instability for the future. Additionally, the current reward system is not functioning effectively.

Working from home and good work hours

Cons

Even if you have experiences in the QA field you can't do anything without asking permission. If you have a pro-active and pragmatic mindset forget it, they will punish you for being creative and taking initiative. The leads will keep you in co-dependency situations no matter how knowledgeable you are on the project. Leads lie about what resources are available to you resulting in evolving at a really slow pace. If you point out inconsistency in the workplace they will quickly try to find anything to undermine your work and make you look like you are incompetent. Very poor leadership and communication.
