      Pros

      Lionbridge is good for Testing...but don't have many projects. Both Manual & automation testing projects are available. Office-culture - Its very good & people miss Lionbridge for office-culture when they go to other organization.

      Cons

      Starting pay is low as compared to market value & increment is usually 5-10 % average & revised salary takes effect from July every year. Very Few domains in testing .....Storage, E-learning, Healthcare, Translation services. Promotion : Promotion in designation do occur but compensation won't match with designation. Time-off policies : 21 days paid leave a year. 8.5 hrs attendance mandatory for full day attendance. Very few onsite opportunities & favorites may get preference.

      Pros

      Rewarding work, you work hard during the day but at the end of the day you feel that you have achieved something.

      Cons

      Lack of credit from management and you get lost in the large pool of employees

      Pros

      you can work from home and you can use your English skill for work. also, working for Google(not directly though) maybe sounds good.

      Cons

      They use your brain to have done the jobs that computers are not able to do with current technology. I felt like they use my brain as very high-spec CPU and that is why I quit it.
