Pros

Flexible hours, graded on an objective system.

Cons

Sometimes there is not as much work available as I would like in the morning, which is when I like to work. I would like to be able to work more hours, but they have a limit - 20 hours on average, per week.

Pros

Easy online application. That’s about it. Nothing more to explain. Found the job posting on Facebook and applied in minutes

Cons

HR department never returns your phone calls or address issues that arise. It’ll be weeks before you ever get a response out of them. No one from the HR department bothers to answer their phone. The receptionist feels awkward when transferring phone calls to their department because they’re never were they’re suppose to be. Some of them will complain about how they have so much work todo for the day, but are the same people that will take a one to two hour lunch and still not get anything accomplished for their company. As they are paid to walk around and ignore phone calls from their employees that need help with paper work and other tedious issues. Terrible!

Pros

Pay was decent for the work.

Cons

Takes a long time for hiring process. The Ads evaluation is based on your opinion but if your opinion doesn't fall in line with what they think you will receive a separation email because you are an at will employee. Definitely would not recommmend
