Pros

Remote options always available while work hubs also available when desired.

Cons

Massive company wide initiative to cut costs by hiring and sourcing the cheapest workforce possible, even if grossly under qualified. A PM has to make a huge effort to train these people in the most basics elements of computer and localization literacy.
