Pros

You make your own schedule and work as many hours as you want. Pay is always on time. Communication with management and staff is easy and they respond timely to all inquiries. Reliable, there’s a flow of steady calls, some months are busier than others.

Cons

I’m US based, not sure how the people who work abroad experience the communication/payment part. In the slower months getting enough calls might be challenging so be prepared and save a little.
