Over the years having worked with Lionbridge, the company clearly is recognizing the areas they have struggled with and pushed hard to improve their reputation as one of the best employers in the country. Between work hour flexibility, remote work flexibility, and just a general support of their employees, Lionbridge has really grown as an employee first company in many ways.

Cons

Biggest area of improvement needed is really compensation. They have consistently been lagging behind in industry trends, and even standard of living pay increases are few and far between. Despite that, the benefits of working for the company have outweighed the desire to look elsewhere for that bigger paycheck. Ideally, this company is for individuals looking to live away from more expensive city housing and maximizing the flexibility of working remotely
