Pros
The people are young and positive, and share a common vision to get things done. You get to be involved in lots of stuff, plenty of learning opportunities. The upper management is one of the better ones I’ve dealt with with everyone being friendly, or at the very least cordial, towards each other. Everyone keeps to their lane and focused on their goal. Politics is practically non-existent as people don’t need to suck up or steal portfolios or credit, so you’ll lead a mentally healthier life. Medical benefits are above average so that’s a plus. Workload is reasonable, sans crunch periods, so definitely not your milk-all-you-got kind of scenario.
Cons
If you’re looking for a glam MNC with all the bells and whistles already in place, then maybe not at this point in time.
