Terrible place to work. Ironic for a “smart tech” company to have absolutely some of the worst management system in place…manual 😂 Lots of racism talks and mindset. Hire Malaysian or foreign workers for cheap and hard labor while the Singaporeans do relaxed office easy jobs but make x3 more. And when it’s time to renew work permit, they just retrench. Total scumbags And of course, all talk but no action. Parts always have shortages due to non existent management & getting cut off by suppliers for not paying. Over priced poorly designed product with limited functions. You can use the same money to hire full time cleaners for a year or few years and they can do a better top to bottom spectacular job that the crappy robots can’t.

Rush product launch, resulting in several bugs in the cleaning robots. Miscommunication is so common and there is a shortage of staff. Rush to start on projects which have ridiculous deadlines. As a result, staffs in senior positions are too busy to review and revamp their management structure. Pay is so bad, equivalent to a waiter.
